Generally an election costs a lot of money, labor and time. It is not a operation conducted by the Election Commission alone, but an operation carried out by the entire state fleet.

Holding an election cannot be done overnight, it requires preparation. Ballot boxes and polling booths should be constructed. Old ballot boxes should be repaired. Government buildings should be converted into operation centers like Polling stations,counting stations. Electricity,water,fuel, transport, food,petty cash  and security should be ensured in those centers

Further, special Paper and ink must be imported for print ballot papers.  After receiving  papers and inks, it takes  15-20 days fro printing . Therefore, the paper and ink required for printing the ballot papers should be ordered and imported 3 months prior to the election.

But the paper and ink for the election have not been ordered till now. Further no money has been allocated for it. There is no money even  to allocate . Although according to the law the local  elections should be held in 2023, it is practically impossible.

It is worthy to note  the Election Commission was well aware about practical situation that government does not have resources to conduct election .  Sajith and Anura Kumara also knew about this situation. But no one spoke the truth.

Lack of money is the main barrier to the local election. But keeping the real story aside, Sajith and Anura caught fish in muddy water. They are trying to gain political advantage by highlighting that the government is afraid of holding elections. Instead of telling the truth, the Election Commission washes its hands like Pilate.

When a country lacks money to hold elections, there have been cases where international organizations have given money, but no international organization has come forward to help Sri Lanka.

If an election is held advantage will be on  Anura kumara . In this juncture most probably  JVP will record the highest number of votes in its history.

Uplifting  the JVP is a goal of the Chinese Communist Party. But neither India nor America has such expectation. Ranil also has no such expectation and therefore the election is not a reality. The local  election topic is a just a deception .

The fraud committed by Ashu Marasinghe’s Skill Development Agency under the guise of providing visas to Japan is close to 2 billion. An outline of it is as follows.

One and half  lakhs per person, for nursing profession,Total persons-  866
Two lakhs per person, for food service profession, Total persons – 660
Three lakh each for IT Engineers,Total persons – 15
Two lakhs each for  agricultural workers,Total persons – 44

Ashu’s agency has received money from 1580 people saying that they will provide jobs in Japan. So far, not a single person has been sent to Japan. Ashu Marasinghe is a person who pretends to be a professor. It is a great tragedy that such a person commits a crime in this nature.

An hour ago, Adarsha Karandana  who claims as a Director of the Ashu’s company and his wife has posted a photo on her FB with the caption ‘#Katunayaka’ . When a journalist ask clarity on her whether she flee the country, she has given a answer that acknowledging it is true.

As the facts are such, Ashu Marasinghe should be immediately arrested and investigated. Remaining silent on such scams would set a dangerous precedent. If that happens, Sri Lanka will become a lawless mafia state

The slogan ‘One Country One Law’ was a key theme in the election campaign of the former foolish ruler Gotabhaya. He came to power within the blood and tears of the Easter Easter attack. Gotabhaya created a IS Bogeyman and campaigned that he was the solution. Moreover, the Muslims were interpreted as an enemy. The target of the slogan ‘one country one law’ was nothing but mare Muslims.

Further, the slogan ‘one country one law’  aimed at the Muslim marriage law. There was no profound discussion on the progress of the country. Actually, Gotabaya demonstrated a trick to deceive the Sinhalese.

By aforesaid special law, Muslims were shown as  enjoying  privileges that the Sinhalese did not have. Also created hatred towards Muslims.Gotabaya created a picture that upon his statehood, Sinhalese would become first citizens and the Muslims into down. Obviously, it is a political project.

The Sinhalese extremists who campaigned to boycott Muslim shops were appointed to the committees to amend the Muslim marriage law. Gnanasara monk , who set the country on fire with racism, was in those committees. The so-called scholars who destroyed the Sinhala-Muslim harmony were in it.

On the other hand, Muslims who were hated by the Muslim society were appointed to those committees. Ya TV owner Hilmy Ahmed is one such person who campaigned in favor of the LTTE during the war in the north.

It is worthy to note, revising the Muslim marriage law, rejecting Halal label, sterility foods, sterilization surgeries were  political projects that  launched by the BJP government in India. Those prejudiced projects were also introduced to Sri Lanka by India. Those projects flourished in the shadow of the intelligence agencies. In such a situation, an idiotic revision of the Muslim marriage law is a disastrous event.

Law reform should happen in a society. If the purpose of revising the Muslim Marriage Law is to streamline the legal system, there are plenty of amendments that need to be made in priority. Most of the existing commercial laws in the country are not favorable to businesses. Payment gateway clauses, credit card fraud related regulations almost  do not exist in Sri Lanka. We are still in the stone age in the field of e-commerce due to the shortcomings of the legal system.

As of now International community has issued  Red Notices to change the laws sush as Contempt of Court and  PTA . The UN has been forced to legislate against corruption and fraud, but to date there is no-show on those aspects.

Due to the forced cremation of Corona corpses, the Sri Lankan government received the ‘dog mark’ in front of the international community. Due to that situation, we lost the economic benefits that we received from Muslim countries. It drove the economic crisis to worsen. Loss of support from Muslim countries  contributed to the country’s bankruptcy.

In such a situation, leaving aside all priorities and  going to amend the Muslim marriage law is nothing but a horrible conspiracy. As  consequence, Sri Lanka will lose the support of Muslim countries at the UNHRC . Sri Lanka will lose the support of world-renowned Muslim scholars. Sri Lanka will lose the support of Muslim world . Facts being so Revision of Muslim Marriage Law is a Trojan horse sent by enemies . Satan has came as a doctor for legal amendment surgery.

This writer was the first journalist who contacted  Dinesh Schaffter’s family members soon after the murder was reported. On December 19, 2022 at 9.56 am this writer spoke to Chandra Schaffter, father of Dinesh Schaffter.

At that time,the media had reported that Dinesh told his wife before leaving the house that he was going to meet Brian Thomas.

Accordingly, this writer asked Chandra Schaffter about its truth or falsity. But Chandra Schaffter didn’t know about such. And he refrained from answering that question.

By now, this writer has given a statement before the CID. It is worth to note aforesaid  point was recorded  as a very important evidence.

As of now, Dinesh’s wife has given a statement to the CID. But said point otherwise saying that Dinesh was leaving to meet Brian Thomas, has not been mentioned in her statement.

In fact, when Dinesh left the house, he did not tell his wife that he is leaving  to meet Brian Thomas. Seemingly it was a fabricated one.

Learned that the , the company director one who recovered  the  Dinesh’s car through GPS is the one mentioned such story,  that Dinesh  left  to meet Brian Thomas.

These facts are  enough to suspect that Dinesh’s murder is a inside job

On the occasion of the International Human Rights Day, which was held yesterday (10), the lawyers of the NPP held a conference titled “Abolish the Prevention of Terrorism Act”. The keynote address was delivered by Lawyer Sumanthiran.

Sumanthiran said that BulL Weeratunga, who was a relative of JR, in 1979 requested to be empowered Military  by a special act to combat terrorism which emerge in the Jaffna area

Accordingly, the Anti-Terrorism Act, which was being effective for 6 months,  introduced as a temporary act. Although the SL Military  was empowered by said act, Bull Weeratunga was unable to curb terrorism. Nevertheless  it escalated into a massive war, Sumanthiran said.

He also said that the act which gave authority for 6 months later became a law and now it has become a tool used for political revenge.

Sumanthiran revealed how PTA was used to imprison various people.He highlighted names like Tissanayagam there .All the victims Sumanthiran mentioned confined to past.

JM Wijebandara, a lawyer associated with the JVP , also spoke . He said that the killing of Judge Sarath Ambepitiya and the attack on Rajiv Gandhi by a navy soldier were not covered by the PTA. But underworld leaders like Makadure Madush, Kosgoda Tharaka were jailed and killed by using PTA.

Although the NPP speakers mentioned past victims , they did not mention anyone who is suffering today because of the PTA.

1. NPP speakers did not say a word about Laxman Coory, who has been out on bail for 13 years after being arrested in connection with Jeyaraj’s murder.

2. NPP speakers did not say a word about Mohd Fazal, who was arrested for releasing a video about cremation of corona bodies and has been out on bail for 2 years

It is worth noting, Tissanayagams were jailed under PTA during a warsituation , but today, when there is no war, hundreds of people have been jailed under the PTA.

By now Sri Lanka Cricket has become the most corrupt organization in the cricket world. There is a saying  that when the Guru urinates standing, the disciples urinate while running. During the last Australian tour, Sri Lanka’s undisciplined cricket was exposed to the world.

Dhanushka Gunathilak was accused of raping a woman. Chamika caught a fight in a casino. Charmika was also accused of molesting women.

If the allegation regarding the casino clash against Charmika is proved, he was supposed to be banned from cricket for one year.

Chamika was dropped from the Afghan tour due to indiscipline. But Chamika told a big lie about getting kicked out of the team .

Chamika said that he was removed due to the influence of a certain religious group (Born Again). Chanmika said, During Australian tour said  religious group stand against lighting candle to the lord Budha.

Charmika’s stories are outright lies. Pramodaya Wickramasinghe has explained the facts in connection with the clash of the lighting candles

In the hotel room where the cricket team stayed,Chamika used to lightning candles and Incense sticks as a religious practice. But the hotel authorities have opposed it.

According to Australian fire safety laws, the lighting of candles and Incense sticks in tourist hotels is prohibited. Accordingly, Chamika has been told to obey the the existing law.

Nevertheless, Chamika socialized a cruel lie. It eventually developed into a religious conflict. Even the sports minister was caught in the lie that Chamika socialized. In a country where the law and order in place, Chamika should  arrest under  I.C.C.P.R

However, in the end, rule of natural law enforced Chamika, who embraced the lie as a religion and covered his Shit with the Buddhist flag.

Few days before, he faced a serious injury during a cricket match at Suriyawewa Stadium. Charmika’s lying mouth lost four teeth, he was admitted to hospital immediately.
