December (12) Indian Navy Chief Admiral R. Hari Kumar visited Sri Lanka. It is a 6-day official visit. The President, Prime Minister, Minister of State for Defence, Defense Secretary, Chief of Defense Staff, Army and Air Force Chiefs were scheduled to meet. Moreover, he is the chief guest of the naval cadet’s commissioning parade  that will be held in Trincomalee Naval Academy.

However, an incident was reported yesterday that shocked the Indian Navy chief who came on such an important official visit. Reportedly, Someone has stolen Indian Navy Chief’s one of his mobile phones.

After Germany was defeated in World War II, it came under the control of the Allies. The western part was controlled by the US and the Soviet Union in the east. Berlin was the meeting point between East and West. In other words, Berlin was the battlefield of the KGB and CIA otherwise  intelligence services.

Today Colombo looks like Berlin then. Sri Lanka, that collapsed by the economic war, has become a battleground for  China and India. The Indian Navy chief lost his mobile phone as a result of the said war. A smartphone is a massive data store. Accordingly, stealing the Indian Navy chief’s mobile phone is something similar to  hijacking him.
