Harsha da Silva brought the agreement, which included IMF conditions, to the parliament on November 9.

This agreement was not publicized by the government because of the preconceived notion that its publication would affect the ongoing negotiations with the IMF.

Harsha showed the said document to parliament like a magician. Moreover, playing the role of Hanuma, Harsha read the appendix of the document containing tax amendments.

Then Acting Finance Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya commented on Harsha’s actions. As the relevant document contains sensitive information, he requested to act as a responsible member of parliament.

At the same time, Harsha said that he is acting in a responsible manner and therefore he is keeping quiet

However, Siyabalapitiya said that Harsha’s way of acting is more dangerous than reading the document.

There is another sinister aspect of this incident. That is exact culprit who leaked this document to Harsha and the treason involved

It was crystal  clear from Harsha  how he was concealing the actual information about how he got the document. Harsha hinted that he got the document from the special bodies  appointed to the committees by the President. But it is a fabricated story to cover up the real crook.

In this regard, National Alert conducted an investigation for the past few days. We were able to find some important evidence as to who was the person who gave the document containing the IMF conditions to Harsha.

Accordingly, findings implied that the person who gave the document to Harsha was none other than Central Bank Governor Nandalal Weerasinghe.

Due to the declaration of bankruptcy of Sri Lanka, the loss to the country is too great to be quantified. It has now been proven that bringing Sri Lanka to such a situation  is a conspiracy. It has also been proven that Nandalal Weerasinghe played a major role in that conspiracy.
