Currently, the political situation in Srilanka is favorable to the opposition,but the  situation will not last long. The reason for this is that the country’s economy is improving day by day. Accordingly, in the future, the opposition will weaken and the government party will become stronger. For this reason, JVP and SJB are trying to get an election as soon as possible.

The cost of this year’s election is estimated at 20 billion rupees. 20 billion rupees is an amount that allocated to certain ministries in a year. And Sri Lanka is still in a bankrupt situation.

Last month, the government’s revenue  was 141 billion rupees, and the expenditure was 154 billion rupees. Further, The government spends most of money  on debt and interest payments.

It is undisputed fact that Now Sri Lanka is a debt default country.In a background of non-payment of debt, the February deficit is 13 billion. Currently, there is a shortage of medicines in hospitals and Rs 22 billion  have been required to import medicines.

When the cost of the election divided by the population it comes approximately 1000 rupees per person. Accordingly, every family in Sri Lanka has to bear nearly 5000 rupees as election expenses.

Because Ranil, Sajith or Anura do not pay that money by themselves. It should be understood that Sajith and Anura are not demanding elections Not because of the love of people but greedy of power.

Yesterday the Supreme Court passed an order affecting the election. That is, court ordered that the money allocated from the budget for the election should not be used for any other purpose. As indicated above, last month  there is a deficit of 13 billion that  deference  between the government’s revenue  and expenditure . Accordingly, if money is provided  for the election, it  should be printed.

However, the IMF has banned Sri Lanka from printing money. Suppose money was printed despite the IMF  ban,  physical materials such as petrol, diesel, electricity etc. that required for elections cannot be printed. Such materials should be imported by paying dollars.

You can find solutions to political crises by revolts . But Sri Lanka is suffering with  economic crisis . Economic crises cannot be solved by revolts.

The situation of judiciary is the same . Political crises can be resolved through judicial decisions. But economic crises cannot be solved judicial decisions. If the court intervenes in economic crises, it will worsen the crisis.

There have been 2 occasions in recent history when people of the south have lit firecrackers and eaten sweets and milk rice without any party affiliation. The Nandikadal attack in 2009 brought great joy to the people of the South. Accordingly Southerners, regardless of party affiliation, celebrated the day so happily.

The other day when the people celebrated unitedly and happily was reported in 1993. People celebrated the  Armor Street attack  by lighting firecrackers and eating sweets  and milk rice.Whether we like it or not, we cannot erase from history the fact that the people of the south celebrated the Armor Street bomb blast, caused death to the Sajith’s father.

Sajith’s father  conspired to seize the power of the UNP from the next hour he got a ministerial post. Senior Premadasa firstly destroyed Dudley Senanayake. After that he plotted to destroy his successor JR.

Maharaja  who is the owner of Sirasa TV  is the godfather of the Premadasas . In the 2010 parliamentary elections, Kiley Maharaja asked  6 National List seats.But  Ranil did not want to give it. Since then, Kiley conspired to drive out Ranil and make Sajith the leader.

Kiley Maharaja launched a horrific conspiracy to oust Ranil and make Sajith the Prime Minister in 2016. Maithripala Sirisena, Harshada Silva and Judge Prasanna Jayawardena were part of it.

Capital Alliance was one of the companies that bid for the Treasury Bond.Harsha’s son and  Judge Prasanna Jayawardene’s son worked there. And this company is a business associate of Kiley Maharaja.  As usual  the bond contract gone  to Ranil’s crony Perpetual Treasuries.

Harsha de Silva trickily distorted  bond transaction data  and same given  to Kiley Maharaja. Kiley public the said  disinformation to the world  by his media network.

Subsequently  the President  Sirisena appointed a commission to investigate the bond transaction . Judge Prasanna Jayawardena appointed to lead the commission. The conspirators had 3 main objectives

1. Remove Ranil and replace Sajith as Prime Minister
2. Appoint  Harsha de Silva as the Finance Minister
3. Appoint  Prasanna Jayawardena as Chief Justice

On the last  28th, the court threw the bond case into the dustbin. Further former FM  Ravi Karunanayake was acquitted. In 2016, If for some reason,  Sajith become  Prime Minister instead of Ranil, it was puppet rule beyond Don Juan Darmapala .

It is worth to note, Galle face struggle that emerged in 2022  is an extension of the same conspiracy. Sajith, Harsha de Silva, Sirasa Maharaja  were the main participants of that conspiracy. As of now , the deal done by Sajith and Shavendra Silva has been revealed. JVP, which played the role of Hanuma then, continues to play the same today.

Last February, a record number of tourists came to Sri Lanka. Remittances of foreign workers rose to a record high. The dollar went down. The power cut stopped. But the aforementioned forces are conspiring to make the country anarchy again.

Sajith and Anura are two leaders who hid when they were called to take over the country. When the country gradually recovers, they are again organizing strikes , protests  and agitations to destroy the country. The political operation that launch  by Sajith and Anura are seemingly uncivilized.  Facts being so, it would be foolish responding them in  civilized manner. They should address with options like PRRA, White Vans.

For the past 70 years, the three forces  commanders of Sri Lanka have held similar Ranks. That is, Army, Navy and Air Force chiefs were 3 star commanders. But former President Gotabaya changed this system. He gave 4 stars only to Shavendra.

This is a severe discrimination to the Air Force and Navy. Due to this situation, the naval and air force commanders had to address Shavendra as ”sir” and salute.

Nevertheless, The 4-star Shavendra went missing when the Galle face terrorists took over the state. But the 3-star naval and air force commanders came forward.

Oops what a tragedy! The Court of inquiry headed by Former navy commander Vasantha  Karannagoda has cited that 4 Star Shavendra not only disappeared but also conspired with the enemies.

The state collapsed because of the conspiracies of Shavendra  with the  Galleface terrorists. If Shavendra had performed his duty properly, Country  would not have gone to ‘bankruptcy’ which is the biggest tragedy in known history.

The National Alert We also had a big issue  with the captain of the ship ( President Gotabaya). But we did not cheer when the ship sank, Nor given any support to the sinking mission. In our level best we tried to save the ship . But Shavendra contributed to the ship sinking mission.

It has been decided to appoint Sr. DIG Deshbandu Tennakoon as the 36th Inspector General of Police of Sri Lanka. Civil organizations, human rights organizations and journalists have made great efforts to prevent the arrival of Deshbandu’s in the past, but all those efforts have been gone waste.

As of now, Sri Lanka’s business community, tourism industry and professionals have come to an opinion that riots that anarchy the country should not be allowed. An IGP who can quell riots has been the demand of many. The appointment of the IGP shall be made by the President on the recommendation of the Constitutional Council.

The American delegation that visited the country recently, and the Indian delegation that visited the country before that, have also pointed out a number of weaknesses in the police and security forces of the country. And Sr DIG Deshabandu  has been identified as someone who can be responsible for the security of Sri Lanka.

JVP is very quiet about Deshbandhu’s arrival. The reason is the influence of the Chinese Embassy. Hundreds of thousands of Chinese nationals are staying illegally in Sri Lanka.

Some of them are engaged in various  smuggling. Chinese chemical drugs are going to grab the largest share of the future drug market. For this reason, the Chinese Embassy has come forward to support Deshbandu instead of clashing with him.

The Court of Appeal yesterday (28) issued a writ order stating that the charges filed by the Attorney General against former Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake under the Public Property Act cannot be sustained.

The Attorney General filed the case against Ravi Karunanayake and several others before a three-judge bench of the Colombo High Court accusing that they were defrauded over Rs. 50 billion during two Treasury Bond auctions held on 29 and 31 March 2016.

Yesterday  Court of Appeal ruled that the related case not applicable to the Public Property Act. Accordingly, the Court of Appeal ordered the Attorney General to withdraw the  case.

Selling bonds is a business transaction. It became a case that turned the country upside down not because it was a corrupt deal but because of political reasons.

Last week, a series of incidents were reported that reminiscence  the memory of the LTTE . Those are as follows

1. A group including bankrupt Indian politician Nedumaran and famous poet Kasi Anandan hold a press conference and announce that Prabhakaran and his family are alive.

2. Seeman and Thol Thirumavalan, two another  Indian politicians dependent LTTE diaspora, raising their voice for a Tamil Eelam state.

3 Sivajilingam, a Sri Lankan politician who appears as Prabhakaran’s brother-in-law, came on scene. He also stated that Prabhakaran is alive

4. Shooting at the temple of Ampitiye Sumanaratana , a well-known political contractor.

All the people above mentioned are dependence on diaspora money. Nedumaran, Seeman, Thirumavalan and Sivajeelingam depended on money from the LTTE diaspora. Ampitiye Sumanarathana depends on Sinhalese diaspora money.

Accordingly, if 13th is implemented, those people who highlight Tamil Ealaam state and playing survival game on it will be over. Facts  being so, those  who depend on  the LTTE diaspora benefits do not like the 13th amendment  .

It is no secret that the Sinhalese diaspora given maximum support to the ‘Go Gota’ struggle. As a by-product, the Sinhalese diaspora aid which sent to  Ampitiye Sumanarathana, was stopped. Because he is one of Rajapaksa’s stooge.

The only way to get rid of this situation is create LTTE  bogeyman . Shooting drama was shown for that. And another bogeyman has been created by pointing out that if the 13 amendment  is implemented, the country will be divided.

The important point here is that this is not just a chain of events played out over money. There is a hair-raising political conspiracy. Sivajilingam is a leading  actor in this drama. Many sees  Sivajilingam as an agent of Prabhakaran. But if The Natioanl Alert  says that Sivajilingam is Mahinda’s henchman, you will not believe it at once.

If the King Elara had not existed in history, there would have been no war hero like Dutugemunu. King Dutgamunu became a hero because of Elara.Vice versa Mahinda became a hero because of Prabhakaran. Prabhakaran is an essential phenomenon for Mahinda’s existence.

In the 2015 general election, Mahinda contested from Kurunegala district. On Mahinda’s request, Sivajilingam contested from Kurunegala district as an independent candidate. Sivajilingam received  92 votes from the entire district. Those 92 votes were in one ballot box. It was caste by Mahinda’s supporters. Indeed, Sivajilingam is a bogeyman brought  by Mahinda to reminisce  LTTE.

On  one hand, the Rajapaksa sent people like Sarath Weerasekera, Nalaka Godahewa, and Channa Jayasumana to Geneva UNHRC to speak on behalf of the army. On the other hand , Rajapakshs themselves sent Sivajilingam to speak against the army. The Rajapaksas supported both sides. The Rajapaksas set the stage to fight them at Geneva. After that, they showed it to Srilankans  by Hiru and Derana channels. Rajapakshas grabbed political advantage from it.

The Rajapaksas used Sivajilingam to rig votes in the 2019 presidential election. Sivajilingam tried to run as a presidential candidate from the Telo party. But Telo Party understood the Sivajilingam’s ulterior motive. So the Telo party was against it. Finally, Sivajilingam contested  as an independent candidate and got 12,256 votes. He deprived said  votes to Sajith Premadasa that was supposed to be received by by him.

There is ample evidence to show that Sivajilingam was a contractor of the Rajapaksa. And there is ample evidence to show that the Rajapaksas are making deals with the LTTE diaspora. Now there is only one survival trick that remain for  Rajapakses, LTTE diaspora and  displaced Sinhala extremists like  Ampitiye Sumanarathana. it is restoring the  Prabhakaran.  It is like nothing but wound of the beggar.

There are 2 reasons, why Rajapaksa’s show the rise up of the tigers ,

1. Mahinda Rajapaksa has a plan to re-swear as the Prime Minister. The Rajapaksa family has decided to show Tigers rise up movie  to calm the oppression against Mahinda.

2.  To sabotage the 13th Amendment  – Rajapaksas are playing a double game, on one hand they  are showing to  India that they are agree with the 13th amendment , on the other hand they are plotting underground to sabotage the same  to get the vote from  Buddhist extremists and LTTE diaspora .

JR Jayawardene added the concept of national list to the constitution. The goal was to bring people with special talents directly to parliament to build the country. That is, exclusive characters are directly seat in the parliament without sending to the election. Considering Diana’s special talents, Sajith decided to seat her directly in the Parliament.

The Ranil-Rajapaksa government paid a better price for Diana’s  than Sajith. Accordingly Diana got a ministerial post. But in a serious subject like legislation, mere experience is not enough. It requires deep theoretical knowledge. Facts being so Diana’s projects failed as she made decisions based solely on experience. Those are as follows

Prostitution
Diana said that since Thailand, a Buddhist country  has legalized prostitution, Sri Lanka should also legalize it.

Nevertheless, There is a lot of work to be done prior to legalizes the prostitution . A clinic should be established to detect sexually transmitted diseases. Special treatment centers should be established for sexually transmitted diseases. With the legalization of prostitution, there will be psychological complications among sex workers and psychological rehabilitation centers should be established to deal with it.

On the other hand, Sri Lankan and Thai are two different genetic origins. It is not easy to legalize prostitution in Sri Lanka due to religious, cultural and genetic influences

Cannabis 
The value of the total market share for cannabis-related products in the entire world is 15 billion USD. Coca-Cola has a market share of $225 billion, which gives an idea of how small the cannabis market is. On the other hand, there are no capital resources in this country to create value added products related to cannabis.

Nightlife.

The Taiwan Deal
Currently, there is a cold war between China and Taiwan. China regards Taiwan as a breakaway region from its territory. This process is known as the “One China” policy. Sri Lanka is committed to the ‘One China’ policy. Sri Lanka cannot directly deal with Taiwan except via China.Diana’s Thai deal exploded in her own hand.

Facts being so,  while appointing public representatives, necessary care should be taken to select those who have both that  experience and theoretical knowledge.
