A Habarana businessman named Sumudu Saman has arranged a Jungle electronic music festival in the Habarana . This program is being implemented in the middle of the Habarana jungle by deceiving the public. This program has been introduced as a cultural festival to mislead the people.It is also said that the Thoran art of Sri Lanka will be given a renaissance by such festivals.
What is Jungle electronic music festival?
This is nothing but just another segment of electronic music. In this context the festival premises otherwise where the Music festival is held is prepared in the form of a forest. The most important thing to mention here is that no country in the world holds electronic music festivals in forest reserves or in sensitive environmental zones.
Because electronic music is a combination of high-powered sounds that produced by digital instruments and circuits. This is strong enough to turn the animal world upside down.
A Frenchman introduced this musical art to the world. Introducing his creation to the world, he said that it is a special art that giving enjoyment and suffering together. The electronic music is always connected with ice, pills and heroin.

The President’s Secretariat has no need to interfere with the Deep jungle music festival, but they have sponsored it. In addition, all the government agencies that deal with the protection of wild animals have sponsored this program.
Once one music festival is approved, it is inevitable that it becomes a wave, which means that such festivals will have to be approved continuously. That is the goal of the Ministry of Tourism.
Due to the impact on the environment through the Deep jungle music festival, the animal-human conflict in the area will be aggravated.
The Divisional forest office has given permission for Deep jungle music festival only on February 17, 18, 19. But the organizers have sold tickets for February 20th as well. This is a criminal offence. The facts being such, Sumudu Saman should be arrested and interrogated.
