As of now  the public participation in Anura Kumara’s  meetings has became theme of talk in the arena.JVP’s house-to-house campaigning is also Seemingly  successful.

Anura Kumara recently held a public meeting in Muthur and Kinya where Muslims are the majority. Anura’s meeting was attended  a crowd that the main parties like SLPP, SJB, UNP, TNA, SLMC could never gather.

Today No matter where it is  north or south, it appears  people’s participation in Anura Kumara’s political rallies are successful and  none of the main parties able to challenge it  . The situation in the social Media also no different. Anura Kumara has now become a challenge to the main political parties. It is clear from the attacks that main parties have launched on  Anura Kumara.

Many people are of the opinion that Anura Kumara will make a breakthrough in the upcoming election. But the intelligence agencies operating in Sri Lanka do not accept this version . Especially the foreign intelligence agencies are reporting a scenario that completely different from the usual version  with numbers.

In 2018 Anura Kumara held a rally in Kathankudi prior to  local government election. More than 9500 people gathered at Anura’s rally. On the same day, Hezbollah also held a rally. Oops..it is worth noting,  less than 2500 people  only attended the meeting that called by  Eastern giant Muslim leader Hezbollah. But when the election result came, Anura got only  235 votes from Kathankudi. Hezbollah had won all the seats.

History has proved that JVP does not get votes even if people come to the meetings. According to intelligence reports, there are 2 reasons

1. Not specifying the concessions proposed to be provided by a future JVP government

2. Keeping mum  over the economic model that apply to builds the economy (  Not saying whether it Chinese system or the Cuban system,  Anura Kumar is beheving like Club Wasantha)

This can be explained more simply. A village having a death donation society. A council that elected by the villagers votes  governs it. Meanwhile, a group of  radicals starting to criticize the management council . Radicals criticizing everything that the  president’s underwear to nails in the coffin. The people of the village also giving side support to those stories and listen to them.

But villagers do only listening  , they do not vote and put them in power. There are 2 reasons for that

1. Say nothing about increment of benefits
2. Say anything about  fund raising (Membership fee reducing or increasing etc)

The death donation society  is not without fraud and corruption. It is not that the villagers do not know those. The villagers are not without anger about it. Villagers quench their anger by listening to the dramatized stories that telling  by the radical group about council chairman and other officials .But  villagers do not think that the radical member’s  ability to tells dramatized stories  is a fit enough reason to put them in power.

In the past, there was a Kandian king named Rajasingha . He was not a Sinhalese but a Wadiga. His behavior was also not good. Meanwhile, there was a jester in the palace named Andre. Andre used to criticize the King by telling dramatized stories. Because of this, Andrey became a hero among the people. But nobody considered Andrey’s ability to telling dramatic stories as a qualification to appoint him to the royalty .
