11 lakhs have completely lost their jobs – The government is asleep

Sri Lanka’s workforce is 87 lakhs. 29% of them are employed in agriculture, in the industrial sector 26.%, in the service industry 45%. Before the economic crisis otherwise, by 2020, the number of unemployed people was 451,000. It was 5% of the workforce.

According to an Indian data report, 11 lakh people have lost their jobs due to the crisis. it is 15% of the workforce. About 40 lakh employees have been suffering from salary deductions.

Every year in Sri Lanka, 3 lakh of fresheners join the workforce. Before the economic crisis, annually 10,000 government jobs and 25,000 private sector jobs were offered and 2 lakhs were gone to foreign jobs.

The Minister of Labor and Foreign Employment, Manusha, speaking in Parliament recently, accused the public that the people of Sri Lanka look at the government like a nanny at home. He said that they are waiting for the government to do everything. But Manusha’s area his statement is a cruel lie because Manusha’s ministry is an institution that only exploits the workers without any service.

In the year 2022, nearly two lakhs have left for foreign jobs. 99.9% of those jobs were obtained by paying money to the agencies. As usual, the government only extorted Rs 20,000 to 25000 from those who mortgaged their properties and move overseas jobs.

This year, the football world cup will be held in Quater state. It is worth noting, that because of that one lakh job market is open there. India, Philippines, and Bangladesh have taken over the job market through government intervention. This is just one example. Many such examples can be given.

Also, Ranil’s gazette which designated high-security zones may be challenged in court. If the Galleface area is a high-security zone, it is problematic selling part of said land to the Chinese Shangrila hotel

Even though Ranil signed the high-security gazette, it is a recommendation that comes from the Ministry of Defence. So it can be concluded that the so-called security Veterans who destroyed Gotabhaya are now digging Ranil’s graves

Just as an economic crisis cannot be solved by insurgency, neither can it be solved by the military.

In the history of Sri Lanka, there have been times when traitors became kings and culprits clad stars. Therefore, a politician or a security officer does not become a patriot just holds authority. And there are plenty of wolves among us who are clad in sheep’s clothing.

Former STF Commander M. R. Latif should be punished for the Easter attack security failures and blatantly negligent. But he is playing with the law by orchestrating deception through the game of gunny bag. Here are the evidence

a. Latif was appointed as STF Commander on 17 August 2016. Before Latif, the STF commander was DIG Ranjith Perera. From the beginning, there was a counter-terrorism unit at Kalavanchikudi STF camp. Before Latif, this unit had sent a special report to Colombo on Mohomad Zaharan’s activities. Accordingly, the STF officers under the leadership of DIG Ranjit Perera constantly monitored Zaharan. Meanwhile, DIG Ranjit Perera retired.

b. His vacancy was replaced by DIG Latif. After the appointment of Latif, the Zaharan’s movements were not monitored and he operated freely. Further, the UNIT that monitored Zaharan’s movements was abolished with immediate effect.

c. In the eastern province STF Camps are located in Vavnathiv, Kalavanchikudi, Malwatta, Mahaoya, Lahugala, Ampara and Arugambe . After Latif’s arrival, he discouraged the investigation of Zaharan. Latif covered up the killing of the two policemen in Vawnativ six months before the Easter attack, and the motorcycle explosion in Katankudila a few days before the attack. Further, it was revealed in the president commission Latif remained silent about it until Pujith Jayasundara and Nilantha Jayawardena questioned Latif.

d. Pujith Jayasundara has informed Latif about the information received from a foreign intelligence agency about a possible attack elsewhere in the country. But Latif did not take any action about it. Serious evidence of Latif’s negligence has come to light during the investigation into the Easter attack.

e. Latif has given serious false statements to the Parliamentary Select Committee and the Presidential Commission which investigated the Easter attack.

f. By now, 170 lawsuits have been filed by victims of the easter attack against the former President, Prime Minister, Defense Secretary, IGP, and Nilantha Jayawardene claiming compensation. But Latif has unusually survived all those cases.

g. In addition to the hotels in Colombo, the Mount Lavinia Hotel was also scheduled to be blasted on Easter. 4 days before the Easter attack, a man named Mouwlana, who provided transport facilities to the hotel employees, went missing. The employees of the hotel say that Mouwlana used to call and made video calls to Latif then. Further, it has complained to the STF and police about the suspicious behavior of a Mouwlana then. The STF was also deployed to search for MouLana, but dramatically Moulana escaped

Latif is also accused of preparing safe passage for a number of serious criminals to flee the country.

a. It was Latif who arrange safe passage to PooGudi Kanna to escape India, who is a leading smuggler, murderer, and druglord

b. And when Latif accompanies suspicious characters inside the STF office on Bullas Road, he has instructed the check post not to record them in the books.

3. Latif is a mastermind in orchestrating fake propaganda by using media

A few days ago, an article was published on the Lanka E News website against the current STF Commandant. Lanka E News is a channel that hides in a foreign country and publishes articles against the governing authority and the individual in Sri Lanka without any accountability.

b. Instead of writing as Colombo-based journalists, hiding overseas and writing is not a duty but a disservice. The entire local journalism is undermined by it. It is worth noting, Lanka E News appeared for Latif many times. Latif was not involved in the arrest of Makadure Madhush. But Lanka e-news published a piece of fake news that apprehension of Madush was an operation led by Latif. Facts being so, it should be inquired whether Latif is behind the article published by e-news against STF a few days ago.

Poogudi Kanna escaped to India with Latif’s patronage and to date, he is carrying out various conspiracies from India against Sri Lanka.

a. Recently, a program was aired through Neth FM Balumgala, highlighting the possibility of another terrorist attack in Sri Lanka. The program was produced with the full sponsorship of Poogudi Kanna.

3. Poogudi Kanna and Manna Kanna have now converted to Islam. He is married to a woman named Mumtaz. In the Balumgala program, the one who described a terrorist attack is non-other than Mumtaz. It is an open secret that Mumtaz is having a close relationship with Latif.

As the facts are such, further investigations should be conducted in this regard

Maldivian Immigration Department under President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih is an institution that has been accused of various cases of abuse and corruption. On the 12th of September 2022, a Sri Lankan passport holder arrived at the Male airport from London to visit the Sri Lankan High Commission office.

But Maldivian immigration officials reportedly demanded bribes from the particular Sri Lankan to clear and allow him to travel to Male. The officer who asked for a bribe has been identified as Halim, his photograph is also attached

Immigration officer Haleem has said to the Sri Lankan passenger, that paying Maldivian immigration officers and getting quick service is the standard practice for Sri Lankan passengers. Nevertheless, said Sri Lankan not only refused to pay the bribe but also reported the incident to the Sri Lankan Embassy in the Maldives.

Then SL High Commission contacted Maldivian immigration chief “ Mohamed Ahmad Hussain “ and asked for justice. It is worth noting that Mohamed Ahmad Hussain has been the subject of controversy due to the dubiousness of the educational certificates presented at the enlistment. He is a political appointee of President Solih .

Due to their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and hidden geo-political agendas in the Maldivian immigration, the Sri Lankan passenger had to spend 4 hours in the custody of the immigration officials for nothing. Apparently, immigration harassment is becoming more frequent to Sri Lankan passengers who are traveling to Male, even though Sri Lankans are allowed an on-arrival visa.

There are 49,000 Maldivians living in Sri Lanka on tourist visas, most of them using the full benefits of the Sri Lankan public services, even Maldivian First Ladies family living in Colombo, taking advantage of the Sri Lankan Free National Health Service.

The facts being so, Sri Lankan Foreign Ministry must investigate why the Sri Lankan passport holder was detained by Maldivian immigration without proper reasons and then release him without any official apology.

What would happen if Sri Lankan Immigration delayed processing Maldivian travelers’ passports and take action against Maldivians over staying in Colombo?

When President Yameen was president, Sri Lankan never had any issues when they were visiting Male, but when President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih came to power, who is more close to India, now not only openly discriminated Sri Lankan travelers but also doing various misdeeds.

இலங்கை குடும்பம் ஒன்றின் சராசரி மாதாந்த வரிச்சுமை 28,000 ரூபாவாகும் என பேராதனை பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் பொருளாதாரம் மற்றும் புள்ளிவிபரவியல் பிரிவின் பேராசிரியர் வசந்த அத்துகோரல தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

இலங்கையில் உள்ள ஒரு ஏழைக்கு சமுர்த்தி மானியமாக 4,500 ரூபாய் வழங்கப்படும் என்றும், வரியாக 6,675 ரூபாய் வசூலிக்கப்படும் என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.

தோட்டத் தொழிலாளர்கள் போன்றோர் நாளொன்றுக்கு 1150 ரூபா வருமானம் ஈட்டுபவர்கள் நாளொன்றுக்கு 350 ரூபாவை வரியாக செலுத்துவதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

இந்த நாட்டில் உள்ள மொத்த வரிகளில் 70% ஜிஎஸ்டி. எனவே, மிகவும் ஏழ்மையானவர்களுக்கும் அரவிடப்படும் என்றார். இந்த நிலைக்கு காரணம் வரி முறையின் முறைசாராமை. பணக்காரர்களும் ஏழைகளும் ஒரே வரியை செலுத்துகிறார்கள்.

அந்தத் தவறினால் உலகிலேயே மிகக் குறைந்த வரி வருமானம் கொண்ட நாடாக இலங்கை விளங்குகிறது. மொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தியில் இலங்கையின் வரி வருமானம் 12% ஆகும். உலகில் மகிழ்ச்சியான நாடுகளில் அதிக வரி வருவாய் உள்ளது. டென்மார்க்கில் 50%, பின்லாந்தில் 43%, ஸ்வீடனில் 45%. ஏனெனில் வளர்ந்த நாடுகளில் பணக்காரர்கள் செலுத்தும் வரி மிக அதிகம்.

குறைந்த சலுகை பெற்றவர்கள் மிகக் குறைந்த வரி செலுத்துகிறார்கள். இலங்கையில் ஏழைகளும் பணக்காரர்களும் ஒரே வரியைச் செலுத்துகிறார்கள்.

இதற்கு தீர்வாக,

1. மறைமுக வரிகள் அதாவது ஜிஎஸ்டி போன்ற அனைத்து மக்களுக்கும் விதிக்கப்படும் வரிகள் குறைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

2. பணக்காரர்கள் மட்டுமே செலுத்தும் வருமான வரி போன்ற நேரடி வரிகள் அதிகரிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

அண்மையில் மகிந்தானந்தா நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் உரை நிகழ்த்தி இலங்கையில் 665 நிறுவனங்களும் தனிநபர்களும் வரி செலுத்துவதாகக் கூறினார். ஆண்டுக்கு 500,000 க்கு மேல் செலுத்துபவர்கள் 132 பேர் மட்டுமே உள்ளனர் என்று தெரியவந்துள்ளது. ஆனால் மிகவும் ஏழைகள் கூட 300,000 க்கும் அதிகமான வரியை அரசாங்கத்திற்கு செலுத்துகிறார்கள்.

இந்த நிலை 2015-2017ல் ஓரளவு மாறியது. அந்த நேரத்தில், பணக்காரர்களிடம் இருந்து வசூலிக்கப்படும் வரி, அதாவது நேரடி வரி வருவாய், 8% லிருந்து 15.2% ஆக அதிகரித்தது. இந்த முற்போக்கான கொள்கையின் காரணமாக அப்போதைய நிதியமைச்சர் ரவி கருணாநாயக்க ஆசிய பசுபிக் பிராந்தியத்தில் சிறந்த நிதியமைச்சராக விருது பெற்றார்.

இலங்கையில் அரசியல் என்பது தந்தையிடமிருந்து பிள்ளைகளுக்கு கிடைத்த பரம்பரை சலுகை. இது வளர்ந்த சமூகத்தின் அம்சம் அல்ல பழங்குடியினரின் அம்சம்.

தற்போதைய ஜனாதிபதி, பிரதமர் மற்றும் எதிர்க்கட்சித் தலைவர் ஆகியோர் அப்பதவிகளை பரம்பரை அரசியல் வழியாக வகிக்கின்றனர்.

ஏனெனில் அரசியல் என்பது தந்தையிடமிருந்து மகனுக்கு மரபுரிமையாக இருந்து வந்துள்ளது. அவர்கள் செயல்திறனில் பெற்ற திறமை அல்லது சாதனையில் கிடைத்தது இல்லை. இலங்கையில் உள்ள மக்கள் அரசியல் ரீதியாக பழங்குடியினராகவே உள்ளனர்.

சமீபத்தில், ராஜபக்ஷ பழங்குடிவாதத்திற்கு சவால் விடுத்து, டலஸ் சுதந்திர மக்கள் சபை என்ற புதிய முன்னணியை உருவாக்கினார். தற்போது, 13 பிஏக்கள் இதில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளனர். பொதுஜன பொறியியல் பெரமுனவின் தலைவர் விஜித ஹேரத் உட்பட ஆயிரக்கணக்கான தொழில் வல்லுநர்கள் டலஸுடன் இணைந்துள்ளனர்.

தேசிய இளைஞர் சேவை மன்றத்தின் முன்னாள் தலைவர் லலித் பியும் டலஸுடன் இணைந்து கொண்டார்.

இதற்கமைய, விமல் வீரவன்ச, உத்தர சபைய என்ற புதிய முன்னணியை பிரபலப்படுத்தியுள்ளார். விமலுடன் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் குழுவும் சென்றுள்ளது. தனித்தனியாகப் பயணித்தாலும் ஒன்றாகத் தாக்கும் மக்கள் கூட்டம் இவர்களிடம் உள்ளனர்.

ராஜபக்சக்கள் வெளியேற்றப்பட்டாலும் நிறைவேற்று அதிகாரம் மற்றும் சட்டவாக்க சபையை அவர்களே கட்டுப்படுத்துகின்றனர். இவர்களின் அடியாட்கள்தான் ஊடக நிறுவனங்களை இயக்குகிறார்கள். ராஜபக்சவால் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட நீதிபதிகள் நீதிமன்றங்களில் உள்ளனர். சுருங்கச் சொன்னால், பதவி நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட ராஜபக்சேவால் இன்னும் அரசு நிர்வகிக்கப்படுகிறது.

மக்களால் பதவி நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட கோட்டாபய ராஜபக்சவின் மனைவியிடம் 10 இலட்சம் ரூபா கப்பம் கோரிய சந்தேகத்தின் பேரில் ஒருவர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். கோட்டாபயவின் ஊழியர்கள் செய்த முறைப்பாட்டின் அடிப்படையில் இந்த நபர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

இது குறித்து பாதுகாப்பு அதிகாரி ஒருவரிடம் கேட்டோம். இந்த சம்பவத்தின் பின்னணியில் வேறு கதை இருக்கலாம் எனவும், கப்பம் கோரியவர் நாமல் குமார போன்ற ஒருவராக இருக்கலாம் எனவும் அவர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

இந்தச் சம்பவம் தொடர்பில் ஜே.வி.பியின் முன்னாள் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் ஒருவரிடமும் கேட்டோம். அவர் இவ்வாறு அவர் கூறினார்.

கோட்டாபயவின் பராமரிப்புக்காக மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் செலவுகள் குறித்து பாராளுமன்றத்தில் கேள்வி எழுப்ப ஜே.வி.பி தயாராக உள்ளது. அதே நேரத்தில், பேஸ்புக் பிரச்சாரம் ஏற்கனவே தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

“கொழும்பு 7 வீடு, 10 உத்தியோகபூர்வ வாகனங்கள், 5000 லீற்றர் எரிபொருள், 100 பணியாளர்கள், பாதுகாப்புக்காக 150 இராணுவத்தினர் மற்றும் 100 பொலிஸார். மக்களால் கட்டாயமாக பதவி நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட ஒருவரைப் பராமரிக்க 110 மில்லியன் மாதச் செலவுகள்”.

இந்த போஸ்டர்கள் ஏற்கனவே சமூக வலைதளங்களில் வெளியாகியுள்ளது.

இந்த குற்றச்சாட்டில் இருந்து தப்பிக்க தமிழ் பிரஜை ஒருவர் கப்பம் கோரியதாக கூறி மக்களை ஏமாற்றி வருவதாக அவர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

சாக்கு விளையாட்டுக் கலை என்றால், அதில் பிக்காசோவான கோட்டா, போலி நாடகம் நடத்தி மக்களை முட்டாளாக்கப் போகிறார் என்றார்.

அயோமா ராஜபக்சவின் அமைதி வெறும் நடிப்பு என்றும் அவர் கூறியுள்ளார். தற்போது கோட்டாபாய பெருந்தொகையான சொத்துக்களை சேகரித்துள்ளதாகவும் மனோஜ் மகனும் அயோமா தாயும் வேறு ஆட்களை வைத்து அவற்றை நிர்வகித்து வருவதாகவும் அவர் கூறினார்.

ரஞ்சன் ஊடகங்களுக்கு முன் தெரிவித்த கருத்து காரணமாக நீதிமன்ற அவமதிப்பு குற்றச்சாட்டு சுமத்தப்பட்டது. அதன் முதல் காட்சி ஆகஸ்ட் 21, 2017 அன்று பதிவாகியுள்ளது.

இலங்கையில் உள்ள பெரும்பான்மையான நீதிபதிகள் மற்றும் சட்டத்தரணிகள் ஊழல்வாதிகள் என ரஞ்சன் தெரிவித்தார். நீதி அமைச்சர் விஜேதாச ராஜபக்சவும் திருடர்களை பாதுகாப்பதாக தெரிவித்தார்.இந்த அறிக்கையின் மூலம் விஜேதாச ராஜபக்ச ரஞ்சனுடன் மோதினார்.

ரஞ்சன் நீதிமன்றத்தை அவமதித்ததாக மாகல்கந்தே சுதந்த தேரர் மற்றும் ரணவக்க சுனில் பெரேரா ஆகியோர் உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் முறைப்பாடு செய்தனர்.

மாகல்கந்தே சுதந்த தேரர் ஹிரு ஊடக வலையமைப்பிற்கு மிகவும் நெருக்கமானவர் எனவும் அவர் துமிந்த சில்வாவை விடுதலை செய்ய போராடியதாகவும் தெரியவந்துள்ளது. ஊடக அறிக்கையின்படி ரணவக்க சுனில் பெரேரா நீதியமைச்சர் விஜேதாச ராஜபக்ஷ மற்றும் அவன்ட் கார்ட் நிறுவனத்துடன் நட்புறவு கொண்டுள்ளார்.

ரஞ்சன் ராமநாயக்கவின் நீதிமன்ற அவமதிப்பு வழக்கு முதலில் ஆகஸ்ட் 28, 2019 அன்று விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. ஹிரு ஊடக வலையமைப்பின் நிருபராக இருந்த அஜித் விக்ரமசிங்க ரஞ்சனுக்கு எதிரான முதலாவது சாட்சி அளித்தார்.

2017 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஒக்டோபர் மாதத்தில், ரஞ்சனுக்கு எதிராக நீதிமன்ற அவமதிப்பு வழக்குத் தொடரப்படும் என்று அவர் கேள்விப்பட்டார். மேலும், வழக்கின் பின்னணியில் ஹிரு மீடியா நெட்வொர்க், விஜேதாச மற்றும் அவன்ட் கார்ட் சேனாதி இருப்பதாக அவர் கேள்விப்பட்டார்.

ரஞ்சன் வழக்கைக் காப்பாற்ற தன்னால் முடிந்த அனைத்தையும் செய்தார். ஆனால் அந்த நேரத்தில், ரஞ்சனுக்கு எதிராகவே வழக்கில் அதிக விடயங்கள் இருந்தன.

இதன் காரணமாக ஹிரு மீடியா நெட்வொர்க்கின் குரலுக்கு ரஞ்சன் பணிந்தார். ரெனோ சில்வா தனது சகோதரர் துமிந்த சில்வாவை காப்பாற்ற நினைத்தார். ரஞ்சன் தனது வழக்கைக் காப்பாற்ற விரும்பினார். ஒரே இனத்தைச் சேர்ந்த பறவைகள் ஒரே கிளையில் அமர்ந்தன.

அதன்பின் ரஞ்சன், துமிந்த சில்வா மீதான வழக்கை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி பத்மினி ரணவக்க, குற்றப் புலனாய்வுப் பிரிவின் ஷானி அபேசேகர, நிஷாந்த சில்வா மற்றும் FCIDயின் ரவி வித்யாலங்கார ஆகியோருக்கு தொலைபேசி அழைப்புகளை மேற்கொண்டு பதிவு செய்துள்ளார்.

ரெனோவுக்கு இலக்கான ஹிருணிகாவையும் தொலைபேசி அழைப்புகள் செய்து பதிவு செய்துள்ளார். ‘பின் பக்கம், சரி’ என்ற வார்த்தை மூலம் ஹிருணிகா நூறு வீத தேர்தல் தோல்வியை பதிவு செய்தார்.

தெரணவின் தலைவர் திலித் ஜயவீர போதைப்பொருள் விற்பனை செய்வதாகவும் ரஞ்சன் குரல் பதிவை உருவாக்கியுள்ளார். ரெனோ போதைப்பொருள் விற்பனை செய்வதாக எழுந்த குற்றச்சாட்டை தணிப்பதே அவர்களின் நோக்கமாக இருந்தது.

மறுபுறம் ஹிரு மீடியாவில் போதைப்பொருளுக்கான அலைவரிசை என பரப்பப்பட்ட சில விமர்சனம் தெரண அலைவரிசை மீதும் பரவியது.

ரணில் விக்கிரமசிங்கவை ஒரு கொலையாளியாக உணரக்கூடிய ஒலிப்பதிவையும் உருவாக்கினார். சுருக்கமாகச் சொன்னால், ரெனோவுக்குத் தேவையான அனைத்து ஒலி நாடாக்களும் ரஞ்சனின் தொலைபேசியில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டன.

இறுதியில், அனைத்து ஆடியோ டேப்புகளும் ரஞ்சன் ராமநாயக்கவால் ரெனோ சில்வாவிடம் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டது.

ரஞ்சனின் 99% ஆடியோ கிளிப்புகள் அக்டோபர் 2017க்குப் பிறகு பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டவை.

துமிந்த சில்வாவுக்கு ஜனாதிபதி மன்னிப்பு வழங்குவதற்கு ரஞ்சன்-பத்மினி ஒலி நாடா அடிப்படையாக இருந்தது. 2020 நாடாளுமன்றத் தேர்தலில் ஹிருணிகாவின் தோல்விக்கு ரஞ்சன்-ஹிருணிகா ஒலிநாடா அடிப்படையாக இருந்தது. ஷானி அபேசேகர வேலை இழப்பதற்கு ரஞ்சன்-ஷானி ஒலிநாடா அடிப்படையாக இருந்தது.

ரஞ்சன் பதிவு செய்த ஒலி நாடாக்களை ரெனோ சில்வாவிடம் ஒப்படைத்தவர் ரஞ்சனே. ரஞ்சன் தலையில்லாத கோழி போல் உழைத்தார். எதற்காகவும் அல்ல தன்னைக் காப்பாற்றிக் கொள்ளவே. ரஞ்சன் திருடனைப் பிடிப்பது இறுதியில் சோகமாக மாறியது. ரஞ்சனை நம்பி திருடர்களைப் பிடிக்கும் பொறுப்பை ஒப்படைத்த ரணில் தான் இந்த அனர்த்தத்துக்கும் பொறுப்பு கூற வேண்டும்.

கோட்டாபய சாய வாளியில் விழுந்த நரி என கூறிய போது பலரும் அதை நம்பவில்லை. கோட்டாபாய முட்டாள்தனம் பற்றிய ஒரு புராணக்கதையைக் கூறினர். ஆனால் மக்கள் அதனையும் நம்பவில்லை.

ஆனால் ஒரு சம்பவத்தால் கோதட்டாவின் சாயம் கழுவப்பட்டது. பொருளாதார நெருக்கடியால் கொதிப்படைந்த மக்களை கட்டுப்படுத்த ஊரடங்கு உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்தார் கோட்டா. ஆனால் மக்கள் கோட்டாவின் ஊரடங்குச் சட்டத்தை ஒரு பைசாவிற்கும் கணக்கிலெடுக்கவில்லை. அந்தச் சம்பவத்திற்குப் பிறகு கோட்டா செல்லாத நாணயமாக மாறினார். ஊரடங்குச் சட்டத்தை அமுல்படுத்தியது கோட்டா செய்த பெரிய தவறு.

கோட்டாவின் தவறுகளை ரணில் மீண்டும் செய்துள்ளார். ரணில், வர்த்தமானி மூலம் கொழும்பின் பல பகுதிகள் உயர் பாதுகாப்பு வலயங்களாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. அதன்படி கடந்த கால போராட்ட களமாக இருந்த காலி முகத்திடல் மைதானம் உயர் பாதுகாப்பு வலயமாக மாறியுள்ளது.

மக்கள் சக்தி தூங்கும் சிங்கம் போன்றது. மக்கள் சக்தி விழித்துக் கொண்டால், எந்த ராணுவமும் அதைக் கட்டுப்படுத்துவது கடினம். இந்த நாட்டின் அரசாங்கமும் இராணுவமும் மக்கள் சக்தியைக் கட்டுப்படுத்துவது முற்றிலும் சாத்தியமற்றது. குறிப்பாக ஐ.நா சட்ட கட்டமைப்பின் கீழ் குற்றங்கள் குற்றம் சாட்டப்பட்ட இலங்கை இராணுவம் அதனை ஒருபோதும் செய்ய முடியாது.

அதன்படி மக்கள் காலி முகத்திடல் களத்தை ஆக்கிரமித்தால் ரணிலின் அதிகாரம் பறிபோய்விடும்.

மேலும் உயர் பாதுகாப்பு வலயங்களை அறிவித்த ரணிலின் வர்த்தமானி நீதிமன்றில் சவால் செய்யப்படலாம். காலி முகத்திடல் பிரதேசம் அதியுயர் பாதுகாப்பு வலயமாக இருந்தால், முன்பகுதி காணியை செங்ரிலாவிற்கு இலங்கை விற்றது சிக்கலாகும்.

உயர் பாதுகாப்பு வலய வர்த்தமானியில் ரணில் கையெழுத்திட்டாலும் அது பாதுகாப்பு அமைச்சின் பரிந்துரை. கோட்டாபாயவை அழித்த பாதுகாப்பு அதிகாரிகள் என்று சொல்லப்படுபவர்கள் இப்போது ரணிலை புதைக்க குழி பறிக்கின்றனர். இதுவே இறுதியில் வரக்கூடிய முடிவாகும்.

பொருளாதார நெருக்கடியை கிளர்ச்சியால் தீர்க்க முடியாது அதுபோலவே ராணுவத்தாலும் தீர்க்க முடியாது.
