Iran’s Islamic fundamentalist fascist rulers publicly brutally murdered a twenty-three-year-old youth who joined the people’s struggle by hanging him from a construction crane last Monday the 12th

A young man, Majidreza Rahnavard, was sentenced to death under what was defined as “Warring against God”. The executed youth denied the charges filed against him. His lawyers were not given an opportunity to present their case and Majidreza was sentenced to death after several hours of trial by Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei “Islamic Revolutionary ” court.

A struggle for woman, life and freedom

The protests that started across Iran under the slogan “Women, Life, Freedom” following the killing of a young woman named Mahsa Amini by the Iranian moral police have now entered the third month. The Islamic fundamentalist rulers of Iran have taken strict measures over the last three months to suppress these women-led protests, but it has not been successful. Protests against Iran’s Ayatollah regime continue strong. Over the past three months, Iranian authorities have shot and killed more than five hundred peaceful protesters across Iran including sixty children. According to human rights organizations, more than eighteen thousand Iranian citizens have been arrested and imprisoned for protesting against the Iranian rulers.

“Warring Against God”

The regime of Ayatollah Khomeini which prosecuted those arrested and imprisoned, has sentenced some of them to death. Four days before the killing of Majidreza Rahnavard, another 23-year-old man, Mohsen Shekari, was executed for protesting against the Iranian rulers. It is the first time a death sentence has been carried out against a person involved in the current Iranian conflict. The United Nations Human Rights Commission strongly condemned the decision of the Iranian rulers. The United Nations Human Rights Commission revealed that twelve people involved in the Iranian people’s struggle have been sentenced to death under the charges of “war against God” or “corruption against God”. Mohsen Shekari was the first person to be executed. The UN Human Rights Commission described the execution as “arbitrary taking of life after unfair trials”.

Arbitrary taking of lives after unfair trials

Meanwhile, the United Nations Human Rights Commission is paying special attention to the artists who have been sentenced to death by the same Islamic Revolutionary Courts of Iran. Rapper Samam Yasin and Toomaj Salehi have been sentenced to death for criticizing Iran’s Islamic fundamentalist regime through their songs and supporting the women’s struggle. These two singers have been sentenced to death after a secret trial without giving a chance to the lawyers. The United Nations Human Rights Commission reveals in its announcement that more than forty artists including writers, poets, actors, cinematographers have been arrested and imprisoned for supporting the people’s struggle. 15 including a famous football player, a specialist doctor have been sentenced to death

Popular Iranian soccer player Amir Nasr-Azadani is among the so-called executioners by the Islamic fundamentalist Ayatollah regime. The Professional Footballers’ Association has expressed strong opposition to this decision. But Iran’s rulers can execute him at any moment. Among those sentenced to death is a specialist doctor. His wife was also arrested and sentenced to twenty-five years in prison. The only crime they have committed is participating in anti-government protests. Meanwhile, Amnesty International has issued a statement strongly condemning the death penalty imposed for those who participated in the people’s struggle. They pointed out, even youths who set fire to tires on roadsides during public protests are being given the death penalty, which shows the evil intentions of this regime. Your silence means supporting tyranny and tyrants

Famous Iranian actress Taraneh Alidoosti has been arrested days after criticizing the decision to hang Mohsen Shekari, who was involved in protests that have spread across the country since September.

She acted in the 2016 Oscar-winning movie “The Salesman” and was arrested for protesting the execution of the people’s struggle.

She made a social note on behalf of Mohsen Shekari saying, “Your silence supports the tyranny and tyrants. Every international organization that stands by and takes no action against this bloodshed is an affront to humanity.” As a feminist activist, she posted a photo on Instagram last month of herself without the Islamic hijab and holding a “Woman, Life, Freedom” sign in support of the protest.

Wonderful trials with close doors and the accused are denied legal aid

Many countries in the world have suspended the execution of the death penalty, considering it to be an inhumane and barbaric punishment.Even in countries where the death penalty is enforced, the punishment is subject to an independent judicial process.
The accused have a fundamental right to legal assistance. If he does not have the financial strength, he will be provided with legal assistance at the government’s expenditure and executions happen within the moral confines of the prisons. Death sentences can be
appealed to higher courts. Judicial process should are transparent. As in Iran, the doors of the courts are closed and the accused are not allowed to get legal assistance. Death sentences are imposed in a few hours. The death penalty is carried out by hanging from cranes in the center of the city for public display.

The Hoax of Abolishing the Moral Police

Why does Iran’s Islamic fundamentalist fascist Ayatollah regime hang its citizens from cranes and execute them in the heart of the city in a brutal uncivilized way? The struggle that Iranian women started three months ago against the fundamentalist laws of the Ayatollahs is still going strong not limited to women but has now transformed into a common people’s struggle. Although five hundred protesters were killed and tens of
thousands more were imprisoned, the struggle continues. It is not surprising that the Islamic fundamentalist Ayatollah went mad under such circumstances. Their citizens are hanged from cranes and brutally murdered in the city center to intimidate Iranians who come forward for the people’s struggle. Iran’s rulers are using a variety of conspiracy plots  to prevent people from mobilizing against the Islamic fundamentalist fascist regime. One example of this is the false propaganda campaign that the Moral Police, which brutally killed Mahsa Amini, has been abolished. This is one of  the strategy of the rulers to stop
encourage women to join the anti-government struggle. Every major media outlet in this disinformation world is going nuts. But at this moment, the moral police is chasing Iranian women!

People’s anger and resentment rising high

The Ayatollah has not been able to intimidate the Iranian people as well as the people’s struggle by giving death penalties to the protesters. Instead, people’s anger and hatred are doubling against the Islamic fundamentalist fascist regime. The two youths who were
given the death penalty and executed have been respected by the general public as heroes who died for the country. Prominent Sunni religious leader Maulavi Abdul Hameed called on the government to face the truth and listen to the voice of the people following the
execution of the two young protesters. Meanwhile, the student organization of the faculty of Literature in Tehran issued a statement on Monday, the 19th, saying that it will express its support to the students and workers who are being detained.

Iran expelled from the UN Commission on Women

On December 14th, a number of moral and cultural countries joined together at the United Nations to protest against the long-term oppression of women by the Islamic fundamentalist fascist regime in Iran. They expelled the Iranian regime from membership in the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW). This commission was established in 1946 and its primary responsibility is to promote women’s rights, empower women, build gender equality and study the living conditions of women around the world. The resolution that the Iranian regime, which oppresses women, has no moral right to represent such an institution was passed by a majority vote. Among the countries that voted against the removal of Iran from the women’s affairs commission, the main ones are Russia and China!

The performance of the two devils

Russia and China, which lead anti-democratic fascist regimes, do not care about democracy, human rights and women’s rights. Iran supplies Russia with the drones needed to destroy Ukraine’s electricity generation and energy centers and kill Ukrainian people in the extreme cold of winter. Murderous dictatorial fascist rulers work in one front
like birds of one species gather together.

Russia and China are the two main partners that provide economic support as well as weapons to dictators around the world. It is Russia and China that provide the necessary strength, support and security to the military rulers of Myanmar to kill and suppress their citizens, to Assad in Syria to drop chemical bombs to its citizens, and to “Rocket
Kim” in North Korea to play with missiles in four rounds while directing their citizens into binoculars. This list is very long. It is no secret that whenever any proposal is presented to the UN Security Council against these dictatorial fascist rulers, Russia and China use their veto power to defeat those proposals.

A man can be destroyed but cannot be defeated

The struggle started three months ago by young women with the slogan “Woman, Life, Freedom” has now become a common people’s struggle for democracy, freedom and dignity. It has turned into a battle to get rid of Iran’s Islamic fundamentalist fascist Ayatollahs. People up rise demanding human freedom cannot be intimidated by death penalty. The young men who were hanged from the cranes have become heroes who died
for the freedom of the Iranian people. As Ernest Hemingway once said, “A man can be destroyed but cannot be defeated”. The struggle started by Iranian women cannot be defeated by the Ayatollah today.
